2. Install tarps for protection of property
3. Check that the new window is the correct size and type before starting
4. Carefully remove interior casing to minimize casing damage and damage to wall
5. Remove exterior brick mould and cut fasteners off the old window
6. Dispose of old window
7. Clean the opening and check for rotting wood
8. Install new window
9. Insulate perimeter of frame
10. Install new interior trim - fill holes on wood trim casing
11. Cap and caulk the exterior of the window
12. Demonstrate how to operate and maintain your new window
13. Respect the customers property
14. Clean your windows
15. Keep the job site as clean as possible during installation
16. Clean up and remove all refuse and garbage daily
